About the Speakers:
Steve Koonin is a theoretical physicist who has served as Undersecretary of Energy for Science, Chief Scientist of BP and Provost of Caltech. He is currently the Director of the Center for Urban Science and Progress (CUSP). Nate Lewis is Caltech's George L. Argyros Professor of Chemistry. He is Also the Director of the Joint Center for Artificial Photosynthesis.

About the Event:
This event will feature conversation between Nate and Steve followed by questions from the audience. Discussion will touch on Steve’s new positions and goals, energy policy, life at an oil company and in D.C., climate, energy, national and environmental security and all things in between as time permits. We hope you can join us and will help spread the word about this unique opportunity to listen in on an interesting and educational discussion.
